How to make a Booking

Step 1 - Contact the Chaplain to check up to date availability (the available dates listed below is only a guide, and may not take account of the most recent bookings taken).

Step 2 - The Chaplain will send you a booking form with a request for your deposit.  Please return the booking form with your deposit as soon as possible.

Step 3 - Let the Chaplain know, a few days before your visit, the time of arrival so that he can give you information about access and be there to welcome you.

Step 4 - Have a great time!  The Chaplain may visit you during your stay, and will make arrangements to collect the balance of payment.  The current charges are listed below.

Notes:

The Centre can accommodate groups of up to 25 in School House, up to14 in Chapel House, or up to 39 if the whole centre is booked.

Bookings normally run from Friday evening to Sunday Evening and from Monday mid-day to Friday 10am. Other combinations of days may be available.

We often have a number of vacant bookings mid-week or late cancellations.  If you would like us to put you on a reserve list in case of cancellations please e-mail with details of your group, size of group and when you would like to come to the centre eg. month or season and we will endeavour to fit you in where possible.

Available Dates

The key is at the side of the calendar.

The calendar shows the nights that are booked, for example a weekend booking from Friday to Sunday would show Friday night and Saturday night booked.

Charges

*We give priority to youth groups, but in spring, autumn and winter midweeks and occasionally at weekends we are pleased to welcome Adult groups.  See the Booking Policy for more details

Deposit

£30 per night for Chapel House (the Annexe)
£60 per night for School House (the main building)
£75 per night for both buildings

The Balance of payment is due prior to departure.

Minimum charges apply

Chapel House:  10 people
School House:  18 people
Both:  28 people

Cancellation charges

Cancellation of the booking will incur the following charges:

Over six months:  An administrative charge of £10

Less than six months:  the deposit, should the Centre be re-let the deposit will be refunded less the £10 administrative charge

Less than one month:  the whole amount based on the minimum booking for the building(s) booked at the rate effective at the time.
